Return Window
You have 7–14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.Please ensure that the product is securely packed when returning it to avoid any damage during transit. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.Return requests submitted after the allowed return period may be declined. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our return policy.
Return Conditions
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals included
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
- The item must not be damaged, altered, or modified in any way
How to Return

- Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags
- Ship the item to the return address provided by our support team
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.If your return does not meet our policy requirements, the refund may be declined. We will notify you once your return has been reviewed.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide appropriate assistance after reviewing the issue.We strongly recommend using a reliable and trackable shipping service when returning items, as we are not responsible for any lost, delayed, or undelivered return shipments. The customer assumes full responsibility for the return package until it is successfully delivered to our return address.Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a wrong or defective item).Additionally, we do not provide prepaid return labels, and customers are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipment.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards and promotional items
- Personalized or custom-made products. Items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Hygiene-related items (such as undergarments, swimwear, or personal care products)

Exchanges are not processed directly. If you would like to replace an item (for a different size, color, or variant), you will need to return the original item in accordance with our return policy and place a new order.Please ensure that all return requests are submitted within the specified return period and approved by our support team before sending the item back.
